L'Olio Extravergine è il succo ottenuto da olive verdi, acerbe, ricco di antiossidanti e polifenoli. E' la migliore qualità nella classificazione degli oli d'oliva. E' estratto con processi meccanici, a freddo, nei nostri impianti a linea continua Haus. Desgustazione disponibile in frantoio.

L'Olio Vergine

Dolce, lievemente fruttato

L'Olio Vergine è il succo ottenuto da olive mature, ha una concentrazione più bassa di antiossidanti e polifenoli, pertanto ha un gusto più dolce e delicato. E' la seconda qualità nella classificazione degli oli d'oliva. I processi di produzione sono identici a quelli utilizzati per l'estrazione di olio extravergine. Degustazione disponibile in frantoio.

Harvesting in the countryside

The olive harvest takes place through the use of harvesters that facilitate the fall of the olives into nets without damaging the olive trees

The arrival at the mill

The olives are transported to the mill in bins that favor ventilation and are processed within a few hours to safeguard their integrity

Mechanical crushing

Before being mechanically crushed, the olives are washed in order to eliminate any residual leaves.

Cold extraction

The olive paste is mixed in the kneaders at a temperature never higher than 27 ° to protect the organoleptic and nutritional qualities
