Our way to work

Our family business has been dealing with the production and direct sales of extra virgin olive oil for 90 years.

The company includes an oil mill and 40 hectares of land.

In 2010, the project for the expansion and modernization of the entire supply chain was carried out.

Thanks to the commitment of specialized personnel, we have paid particular attention to both the agronomic and technological factors relating to the processing, transformation of the olives and storage and filtering of the oil.

We recover the "waste" of production to convert them into energy.

We sell the whole olive oil pomace to a local biogas plant.

We use the residue pits for the company heating.

Furthermore, our light supplier is EON which guarantees 100% renewable energy.
In 2014 ANBI Puglia awarded us an award for "the activity carried out in respect of the environment and territorial identity"

The company, in addition to the olive groves, includes a a shop next to the oil mille where you can directly buy  our olive oil and other typical Salento products.

With previous reservation, it is possible to visit the oil mill and taste our oil. ​

In September 2019, we planted 1500 new plants of F17 Favolosa on 3 hectares of olive grove. The area was bare following the attack of the "Xylella fastidiosa" bacterium on our centuries-old olive trees  .

Later this year, we will plant other 13000 plants on 10 hectars
